Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, Friday-Saturday. Off days Thursday+Sunday
Type: Full-time (Approximately 40 hours per week; Less during off season and more during busy season)
Salary: $45,000/yr

We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainable floral design and maintaining a high level of professionalism. We are seeking a motivated and organized Studio Manager to join our team, taking responsibility for studio maintenance and assisting our Lead Designers in design and event day execution.
Job Summary:
As the Studio Manager at Echoes of Eden, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our studio while also supporting our Lead Designers. This multifaceted role offers an opportunity for someone who is committed, structured and eager to grow with mentorship and coaching in sales, event execution and floral design principles/technique.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Management (Approximately 20 hours per week)

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped studio environment.

Oversee inventory of floral supplies, hardwoods and tools.

Manage administrative tasks related to the studio, such as ordering supplies and inventory tracking.

Work in close relation with our Creative Director on all inventory additions/updates.

Pull, prep, and organize materials needed for each event.

Manage tear downs post events.

Collaborate with the team to optimize studio workflow and procedures.
Assisting Lead Designers and Event Support (Approximately 20 hours per week)

Assist in floral design days for Lead Designers' events.

Provide crucial support for event preparation and execution, particularly on Saturdays.
Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for the floral design industry and a desire to grow with Echoes of Eden and learn more about floristry.

Physical ability to lift and carry flower arrangements and supplies.

Prior experience in floral design is a plus but not required.
