Kelly
Founder
Kelly founded Echoes of Eden in 2018 and has had the “gift of a lifetime” watching it grow into a Floral Collective over the years. Emerging from her education in psychology and social work, Kelly is obsessed with creating a healthy team culture where each person can be the best version of themselves. She quickly discovered that her love of floral designed was equally matched with a love of business and is especially gifted in strategy and vision casting. When she’s not working you can find her napping (it’s her superpower) or walking around East Nashville with her husband Branson and toy poodle Rosie.
Harley
Partner + Creative Director
Harley joined Echoes of Eden with a Fine Art Degree and emphasis in Sculpture and Graphic Design, as well as, a minor in Public Relations. She came to us in 2021 after spending a year in Santa Rosa Beach, FL where she did contract work for multiple creative industries specializing in graphic, floral and photoshoot design. She was quickly promoted to Creative Director, where her role now includes pushing forward EofE’s quality and design innovation, customizing bespoke proposals and bringing each of our lead designer’s creativity to the surface. When Harley isn’t working, you can find her basking in nature, shooting the most aesthetically pleasing photos or having long phone calls with her mom.
Carlie
Lead Designer
Hailing from Alabama, Carlie loves color, hosting parties and Crimson Tide football. She found florals through her major in Hospitality and Business where she was required to get an internship in the industry. She then spent 2 years working at a Tuscaloosa flower shop designing daily arrangements, executing events and running their social media. Carlie’s vibrant personality keeps our team laughing even on the busiest days - always the first to turn on music in the studio or bring in coffee for a little pick me up. When she’s not working, you can find her traveling across the country visiting her college friends whom she adores!
