Kelly
Founder + Owner
Kelly founded Echoes of Eden in 2018 and has had the “gift of a lifetime” watching it grow into a Floral Collective over the years. Emerging from her education in psychology and social work, Kelly is obsessed with creating a healthy team culture where each person can be the best version of themselves. She quickly discovered that her love of floral design was equally matched with a love of business and is especially gifted in strategy and vision casting. When she’s not working you can find her napping (it’s her superpower) or walking around East Nashville with her husband Branson and toy poodle Rosie.
Harley
Creative Director + Owner
Harley joined Echoes of Eden with a Fine Art Degree and emphasis in Sculpture and Graphic Design, as well as, a minor in Public Relations. She came to us in 2021 after spending a year in Santa Rosa Beach, FL where she did contract work for multiple creative industries specializing in graphic, floral and photoshoot design. She was quickly promoted to Creative Director, where her role now includes pushing forward EofE’s quality and design innovation, customizing bespoke proposals and bringing each of our lead designer’s creativity to the surface. When Harley isn’t working, you can find her basking in nature, shooting the most aesthetically pleasing photos or having long phone calls with her mom.
Carlie
Lead Designer
Hailing from Alabama, Carlie loves color, hosting parties and Crimson Tide football. She found florals through her major in Hospitality and Business where she was required to get an internship in the industry. She then spent 2 years working at a Tuscaloosa flower shop designing daily arrangements, executing events and running their social media. Carlie’s vibrant personality keeps our team laughing even on the busiest days - always the first to turn on music in the studio or bring in coffee for a little pick me up. When she’s not working, you can find her traveling across the country visiting her college friends whom she adores!
Jaime
Studio Manager
Originally from Chicago, Jaime is bringing the first flair of Midwestern influence into our Company. She and husband, Drew, were married in the summer of 2023 and now live in East Nashville with their two kitties, Francine and Muffy. Jaime loves calling Nashville home because of its vibrant creative community and endless places explore.
Asia
Partner
Born and Raised in Nashville, Asia Allen is an architect and project manager during the week and floral designer on the weekends. After attending a school of floral design in 2021, Asia freelanced for 2 years with Echoes of Eden before she was asked to join the partners program due to her excellent design eye and hard work ethic. When Asia isn’t working one of her two jobs, you can find her doing pilates or hanging out with her family.
Cam
Partner
Cameron “Cam” Wilson is a graphic designer with three years of floral design experience. She’s excited to work with EoE through the partners program to enhance the beauty of the world around her with florals and to be part of an important day in a couple’s journey together. She’s also looking forward to being part of a group of creative young women and having the privilege to lead a team on wedding days! Fun fact: Cam was an Echoes of Eden Bride in 2022!
