KELLY - FOUNDER & OWNER

Kelly founded Echoes of Eden in 2018 and has had the “gift of a lifetime” watching it grow into a Floral Collective over the years. Emerging from her education in psychology and social work, Kelly is passionate about creating a healthy team culture where each person can be the best version of themselves. She quickly discovered that her love of floral design was equally matched with a love of business and is especially gifted in strategy and vision casting.

HARLEY - CREATIVE DIRECTOR & OWNER

Harley joined Echoes of Eden with a Fine Art Degree and emphasis in Sculpture and Graphic Design, as well as, a minor in Public Relations. She came to us in 2021 after spending a year in Santa Rosa Beach, FL where she did contract work for multiple creative industries specializing in graphic, floral and photoshoot design. She was quickly promoted to Creative Director, where her role now includes pushing forward EofE’s quality and design innovation, customizing bespoke proposals and bringing each of our lead designer’s creativity to the surface.

JesS - Lead Designer

Jess has been working as a freelance florist for the past ten years both in NYC and Nashville with a personal focus on commissioned arrangements and intimate installations as well as working with her partner Max to create Forward Flora- an eco breakdown company out of Nashville, TN. In her personal work, Jess is drawn to the nostalgic and strange, favoring materials that are often overlooked or past their prime. Using second hand materials, Jess is currently interested in giving flowers a second life in artwork and installation and exploring how the transient nature of the materials prolongs rather than diminishes their beauty.

Carlie - Lead Designer

Carlie discovered her passion for florals through her studies in Hospitality and Business, where she gained hands-on experience through an industry internship. She spent two years working at a flower shop, honing her skills in floral design, event execution, and social media management. Carlie is passionate about catering a luxury experience to all brides, no matter the budget.

Jaime - Studio Manager

Jaime is the backbone of our floral design studio, ensuring seamless operations and an efficient, well-organized workspace. With a keen eye for detail and a talent for organization, Jaime manages floral inventory, oversees event preparation, and creates a structured environment where our lead designers can thrive.
